    I was appalled that the pool was closed without prior notice, a disgraceful oversight. The worn-out towels certainly didn't help the situation. Since I expected to be pampered, a complimentary upgrade would have been a lovely touch, but apparently, that's asking too much here.

    Neat, brand-new hotel with very helpful and incredibly attentive staff. Outstanding food at breakfast served in the restaurant. Overall quiet central location next to Gulshan, a quiet upscale neighborhood of Dhaka as well as Bangladesh. Free parking nearby provided. Clean pool area too. Really good stay for business trip🙂

    Great-sized hotel with a great pool and a good location in very safe neighborhood. Location: the venue was adjacent to shopping area as well as Gulshan 2. And there was Sbarro Bd with short-orders easy walk to the venue, super convenient😀

    would love to return

    Had a beautiful king room with air conditioning, a minibar, a refrigerator, and a tv. The room also had a private bathroom, free toiletries, and a hairdryer. Super nice team, offering early check-in and great service. Love their workout gym and rooftop pool. Breakfast was a treat with different food options.

    Disappointing cleanliness standards!!! The plumbing was noisy, and random smells at night created an uncomfortable atmosphere. An explanation of the unclear local currency exchange rates would greatly benefit guests in the future!!!

    Extremely cute staff provided attentive service throughout my stay. I enjoyed a well-designed room, and breakfast was a good mix of local and western fare.

    Though the hotel was lovely, Wi-Fi connectivity posed challenges, making it hard to keep in touch during my trip.

    The room was super comfy and clean, and the staff were really friendly, especially tanzeum who helped me at breakfast evry morning. The food was tasty too! There were very nice dining options and a lovely atmosphere overall. I loved the location, made it easy to get around the city.

    only downside was that the pool was closed and the towels felt a bit worn out.

    The location is fantastic, being very close to Gulshan 2 square. The small fitness center, although basic, is convenient for a quick workout. Mr Abid ensured our stay was comfortable with his attentive service.
